You can browse the website without registering. The form prepares a message in your browser: you choose whether to continue by email or WhatsApp. There are no analytics tools, advertising pixels or forms that send data to a website database.
Data controller and scope of this notice
The data controller is SNIDI S.A.S. DI IMAD SNIDI E C., trading as SNIDI DIGITAL, with its registered office at Via Lago Gerundo 23, 26020 Cappella Cantone (CR), Italy, tax identification and VAT number 01827140193.
For privacy enquiries, email snididigital@gmail.com, call +39 380 785 0534 or use the company’s registered certified email address (PEC), snidisas@pro-pec.it.
This notice covers the snididigital.com website and communications received through the published contact details. Any processing required for a subsequent project that differs from the activities described here is explained as part of the relationship with the client.
The form, email and WhatsApp
The form uses your name, business, optional location, selected service and message to prepare a draft in your browser. It does not submit data to a SNIDI server or create a contact database on the website. Your name and message text are not added to the website page address.
If you choose email, your mail application opens with the recipient, subject and message already filled in. If you choose WhatsApp, a wa.me link containing the draft opens: the text and the technical data needed to open it are therefore shared with the WhatsApp service. Sending the final message to SNIDI requires a further action from you in the chosen application.
When we receive your message, we process the data you have provided and the contact details associated with the channel you used to respond, understand the project and, where appropriate, prepare a quote. For steps requested by the data subject before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For general enquiries and communications with business representatives, the basis is the legitimate interest in managing professional contact, under point (f) of the same Article.
Providing data is optional. Without sufficient information or usable contact details, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal. Required fields are used only to prepare the message in the form: you can also use the direct email, telephone and WhatsApp links.
Do not send health data, identity documents, credentials or other confidential information that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or enable promotional campaigns.
On-page search and preferences
The homepage search matches the business sector or goal you enter with existing content. Processing takes place on the page and does not require the text to be sent to an artificial intelligence service. The result is not an automated assessment of a person.
Animation preferences and entered data remain in the page state; the website does not save them in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. A selected proposal may appear in the part of the address after the # symbol to prepare the form. This fragment is read by the browser and is not part of the HTTP request sent to the hosting service. Browser history and autofill features are managed by the software you use.
Personalised preview in the browser
Preview lets you choose a sector, style and colours using sample data. If you want to personalise it, you can optionally enter your business name, description, city, email address and phone number. These details are used only to display a simulation of the project; there is no file upload feature.
The fields for your details are disabled until you select the dedicated checkbox. This explicit choice enables only local personalisation: it does not authorise messages, newsletter subscriptions or promotional activity by SNIDI. You can keep editing the example without entering personal data.
During personalisation, the details you enter are processed in the page’s memory. The website does not send them to SNIDI or artificial intelligence providers, or save them in a database, cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or the page address. Loading the website still involves the normal technical requests described in the browsing data section.
Withdrawing consent clears the fields, removes the details and draft links from the page state, and returns the preview to the example. The website does not save your personalisation for future visits or retain a record of your choice. This feature does not affect history, autofill or other independent features of your browser and device.
The email and WhatsApp buttons prepare a draft with your choices and entered details. Email opens your mail application; WhatsApp receives the draft text when the link opens. SNIDI receives the message only if you send it in the chosen application. Handling the enquiry follows the purposes and legal bases described in “The form, email and WhatsApp”. Withdrawing your choice in the preview does not delete drafts or messages already transferred to external applications.
Who may receive the data
Data shared with SNIDI are accessible to people authorised to handle the enquiry and, as necessary, to the technical providers involved and any advisers assisting with the relationship or applicable obligations. The form does not publish these data.
The public website is hosted on Netlify. Emails addressed to snididigital@gmail.com are handled through Google’s Gmail service. Messages sent to the registered certified email address are handled by the company’s PEC service. When you choose WhatsApp, contact takes place through that service. Providers operate under the roles and terms applicable to each processing activity; external services may also process data for their own purposes as described in their privacy notices.
Using services with international infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Netlify’s Data Processing Agreement describes the applicable transfer mechanisms, including the Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses. Google’s and WhatsApp’s privacy notices describe their respective transfers. You can request information about the providers involved in your relationship with SNIDI and the applicable safeguards by writing to the privacy contact address.
Links to external websites open when you choose to follow them. Their privacy notices apply to browsing and using those services.
How retention is determined
The website does not retain an archive of form fields or searches. Data held in the page state are cleared when the page is closed or reloaded, subject to the separate features of the browser and external applications.
For communications we receive, retention is linked to handling the enquiry: preparing a response or quote, considering the proposal and addressing any further questions. Closing the enquiry, abandoning the project or having no further questions to address are the criteria for reviewing which data are no longer needed and should be deleted.
If a project begins, information needed for the relationship is retained for the duration of the contract and, for documents subject to administrative, accounting or tax obligations, for the relevant statutory periods. In the event of a dispute, retention is limited to relevant information needed to protect rights and resolve the dispute, on the basis of the applicable obligations or interests.
Technical infrastructure data are subject to the hosting service’s retention periods and terms for delivery, diagnostics and security. The need to investigate misuse or respond to requests from authorities may affect the retention of relevant data. For information about a communication you have sent or a specific processing activity, contact SNIDI using the details provided.
Rights and requests
Where provided for under the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where any processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send your request to snididigital@gmail.com, including information that helps us identify the relevant relationship. Proportionate checks of your identity may be necessary. The usual response period is one month from receipt; any extensions permitted under the GDPR will be communicated with the reasons for them.
You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the competent supervisory authority. The website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect visitors.
