Artificial intelligence tools supported the creation of the website and some of its content. Demonstrations are illustrative examples: they do not represent real clients or achieved business results.
Support in creating the website
Artificial intelligence tools were used to support the design, coding and development of some text and creative materials for SNIDI DIGITAL. Using these tools does not certify the accuracy of every piece of content or a project’s regulatory compliance.
Information about services and terms should be read alongside the agreed quote. You can report unclear or inaccurate content by emailing snididigital@gmail.com.
Illustrations and digital demonstrations
The abstract sculpture in the brand colours is an illustrative image generated with AI. This is stated next to the image. It is not a photograph of a real product, premises or client.
The computer and phone representations are digital simulations designed to show how a website can adapt to different screens. Interfaces with an example brand or domain are customisable demonstration content, rather than client case studies or testimonials.
References to third-party devices and services are descriptive. They do not indicate a partnership or endorsement by their respective owners.
The homepage search
The search bar matches words about your business with existing proposals and text. The result is processed on the page using local rules: it is not a conversation with a generative assistant and does not send the search to an AI provider.
The website does not use emotion recognition, biometric categorisation or automated visitor profiling. Contact forms prepare email or WhatsApp drafts; the website does not forward those messages to an AI model.
The customisable preview
Preview combines existing templates, text and options according to the selected sector, style and colours. Personalisation takes place directly on the page, without using an artificial intelligence model or sending entered details to an AI provider. The result is an illustrative simulation.
AI in client projects
If a project involves AI, we agree with the client which tools and features are involved, for what purposes, what content will be produced and which checks are needed. Any use of client data requires a specific assessment of permissions, provider terms and data protection.
A chatbot, generative feature or content requiring a disclosure must provide appropriate information at the point where the public encounters it. Transparency requirements and responsibilities are assessed before publication according to the actual use, target country and applicable rules.
This page describes the SNIDI DIGITAL website. Where required, information about systems used for a specific service is defined within the relationship with the client and is not replaced by this general description.
The regulatory framework
Article 50 of the European Artificial Intelligence Act sets out transparency obligations for certain systems and content. The requirements depend on the role performed and the actual use: direct interaction with a system, synthetic content, deepfakes and other situations covered by the legislation.
In Italy, Law 132/2025 contains additional provisions, including those on the use of AI in intellectual professions. Clear information for the recipient and defining how the tools will be used form part of the assessment of each engagement.
